Trade-Mark acquires Cambridge Pro Fab Inc. and SPL Control Inc.

Brantford, Ontario — The Trade-Mark Group of Companies is expanding its foothold in the fabrication industry through the acquisition of Cambridge Pro Fab Inc., the industry-leading supplier of insulated and lined ducting in the Oil & Gas and Power Generation industries. Additionally, the Trade-Mark Group will extend its services in Engineered Noise Control Systems through the acquisition of SPL Control Inc., a well-known name in Gas Turbine Noise Control.
